Stress Reduction Workshops and Retreats:
These are one day to 8 week programs which combine meditation techniques, breathing exercises, yogic postures, chi kung, shok shin do (foot-mind way), massage, Metamorphic Technique, Japanese Vibrational Massage etc. Programs can be designed to suit the individual needs of specific groups, private or corporate.
Inward Bound Retreats:
Meditation retreats varying in length from one day to one week or more. These are non-sectarian and can be specifically designed to suit individual needs and levels. In keeping with ancient traditions, there is no charge for the teachings but donations are requested for the facilitator’s expenses and upkeep as well as for grants to provide room and board for low income participants.
